Tokudo is novice priest ordination. The conditions to become a Buddhist priest require:
- Lotus membership
- Jukai completion at least one (1) year prior to your request to Yoshin Sensei for novice Ordination training and that he approves your request
- Approval and support of the Sangha
- Commitment to a 2 year Ordination Training period, and completion of all training requirements to Yoshin Sensei’s satisfaction
- Minimum dues of $125 per month (includes $20 investment in the hunger project)
