This is a teaching training arm of the Santa Monica Zen Center and is offered upon invitation only to selected Students or occasionally upon request of the Student. The conditions for candidates require:
- All Student Membership requirements completed and maintained with integrity
- Jukai completed
- Approval of all current Lotus Members
- Final approval of Yoshin Sensei
- Extreme commitment to a rigorous, on-going 2½ to 3 year period of training
- Minimum dues of $100 per month (includes $20 investment in the hunger project)
